Who we are

PromptKit is provided by This Is Digital, a company registered in Kenya ("TID", "we", "our"). By using PromptKit you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use PromptKit.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if older, to use PromptKit. If you use PromptKit on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit prompts intended to generate content that is illegal in Kenya or in your jurisdiction.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overwhelm the service with automated traffic beyond ordinary use.
  • Impersonate another person, or misrepresent your affiliation with TID.
  • Use PromptKit to create content for the purpose of deceiving voters, defrauding individuals, or facilitating violence.
  • Use PromptKit to develop a competing product (you may use the super-prompts it produces in any way you like).

We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if we believe you have violated these terms.

Your content

You own the rough prompts you submit and the super-prompts PromptKit produces from them. We do not claim any rights to either. We process your prompts through a third-party LLM (Anthropic) only to provide the service to you.

Service availability

PromptKit is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uptime or availability. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, although we will try to give reasonable notice before closing accounts or deleting saved prompts.

Disclaimers

The outputs produced by PromptKit and by any LLM you paste them into are generated by software. They may be incorrect, biased, or misleading. You are responsible for verifying any output before relying on it for any consequential purpose.

PromptKit is not legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. Do not rely on the outputs for purposes that require professional judgement without that judgement being applied.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TID is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of PromptKit. Our total liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or KES 1,000 if you have not paid us anything.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith discussion will be settled in the courts of Nairobi.

Changes

We may change these terms. Material changes will be posted on the site at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
